ClassBet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

General Terms and Acceptance

ClassBet provides an online platform for sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fish games and related entertainment services. These Terms and Conditions, together with any additional rules published on the platform, form the complete agreement between you and ClassBet.

By accessing or using any part of the ClassBet platform – including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet – you acknowledge that you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement is effective immediately upon your first use of the platform.

ClassBet may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. Your continued use of ClassBet after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms are written in English and are intended for players in Pakistan. Any disputes arising from use of the platform will be handled according to the processes described in Section 11 of these terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use ClassBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ClassBet does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must register using your own personal information. Providing false, incomplete or another person's details is a breach of these terms.
• You may only hold one account on ClassBet. Creating multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using different identities – is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former ClassBet employee, contractor or immediate family member of one.
• Your account must not be used on behalf of a third party. Betting or playing with someone else's funds or instructions is not permitted.

ClassBet reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and address at any time. This may include a copy of your national ID, utility bill or other documents. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending resolution.

When you register, you agree to keep your contact information up to date. ClassBet communications, including important account notifications, are sent to the email address and phone number on your account. If these are outdated, you may miss critical updates.

Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on ClassBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. ClassBet does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your ClassBet balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, contact ClassBet support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must be verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Funds derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Check the relevant promotion terms.
• ClassBet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request as part of routine verification checks.
• Processing times vary by method. Bank transfers typically take longer than mobile wallet withdrawals.

ClassBet does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit identified as coming from a source other than the account holder may be reversed and the account investigated. If you deposit funds using a payment method that is later reversed or disputed, ClassBet will deduct the equivalent amount from your balance.

Bonuses and Promotions

ClassBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is available. These terms include but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The multiplier and eligible games vary per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific game categories – for example, slots only, or sports betting only.
• Minimum deposit: Most promotions require a qualifying deposit of a minimum PKR amount to activate the bonus.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time.

ClassBet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that were obtained by exploiting errors, loopholes or through multiple accounts will be voided. Any winnings generated from a voided bonus are also subject to removal.

During PSL season and major international cricket series, ClassBet may run time-limited promotions. These follow the same terms structure as standard offers but will have their own specific conditions published alongside them.

Sports Betting Rules

ClassBet offers sports betting on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Pakistan domestic matches, football and esports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ClassBet does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this is the ICC or the relevant domestic board. For football, it is the official match authorities.
• If a match is abandoned before completion, bets may be voided or settled on results to date depending on the specific market rules applicable at the time of betting.
• In-play bets are accepted at ClassBet's discretion. Markets may be suspended at any time during a match for operational reasons.
• ClassBet reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error. You will be notified if this affects your account.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market. These are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, match and market type.

For esports betting, match results are taken from the official tournament operator's records. ClassBet does not accept responsibility for third-party score discrepancies that may appear in external sources.

Casino, Slots and Fish Games

ClassBet's casino section includes live dealer games, slot games and fish games. The following rules apply to all casino activity:

• All games operate using certified random number generation or live dealer streams from professional studios. Results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by ClassBet or the player.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If you experience a technical issue during a game session, contact support immediately with the session ID or game reference.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These may vary by game title and cannot be overridden.
• Bonus funds may have restricted eligibility for certain casino games. Always check the active promotion terms before using bonus balance in the casino.

Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are available around the clock. Fish games and slots are accessible at all times. ClassBet may take scheduled maintenance windows that temporarily affect game availability, with advance notice where possible.

Account Security and Responsible Use

You are fully responsible for the security of your ClassBet account. This includes choosing a strong password that you do not use elsewhere, not sharing your login details with anyone, and logging out of the platform on shared or public devices.

ClassBet will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. If you receive a message claiming to be from ClassBet and asking for your password, do not respond and report it through the support channel.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ClassBet support immediately to have the account secured. ClassBet cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ClassBet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to convert bonus funds rather than genuinely engage with the games.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or where you have any role in influencing the outcome.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using ClassBet for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing ClassBet staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or manipulate ClassBet systems, servers or databases in any unauthorised way.

ClassBet monitors account activity for patterns consistent with these prohibited activities. Where such activity is detected, ClassBet reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Privacy and Data Use

ClassBet collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, verification, transaction processing and platform operation. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the ClassBet Privacy Policy.

By using ClassBet, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in that policy. ClassBet does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to verification partners, payment processors and regulatory compliance requirements.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections and, in certain circumstances, request deletion. These requests should be submitted through the support channel.

Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your ClassBet account at any time by contacting support. Before your account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be reviewed, and remaining real-money balances will be returned via your last used payment method after verification.

ClassBet may suspend or permanently close your account if:

• You are found to have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account shows patterns consistent with fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• You are unable to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account creates an unacceptable level of risk for the platform or other users.

In cases of account closure for breach of terms, ClassBet reserves the right to retain funds in the account where those funds are connected to the breach. You will be notified of the closure and the reason in writing via the email registered to your account.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of ClassBet – a bet settlement, a payment delay, a bonus issue or anything else – the process is as follows:

• First, contact ClassBet support through the live chat option available inside your account. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage.
• If your issue is not resolved through live chat, submit a formal written complaint to the ClassBet support team through the FAQ or contact page, including your account details, a description of the issue and any relevant transaction references.
• ClassBet aims to respond to formal complaints within five business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the outcome of ClassBet's internal review, you may seek independent dispute resolution through an appropriate third-party service.

Limitation of Liability

ClassBet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous service, ClassBet does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses caused by technical downtime, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances outside our control including server maintenance, third-party provider outages or force majeure events.

ClassBet is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from bets placed based on inaccurate third-party information or external statistics not sourced directly from ClassBet.
• Financial losses resulting from a player's decision to wager beyond their means or in breach of their own self-imposed limits.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by a player's payment provider rather than ClassBet's internal systems.

In all cases, ClassBet's maximum liability to any player in respect of any individual claim is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the player's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.
